The ntt building technologies is an innovative planning company and contractor with the main emphasis in the construction of timber frame prefabricated houses. The specialty about ntt is the combination of energy efficiency and flexibility: A feature of all ntt products is the fact that they have excellent ecological characteristics without limiting the clients creativity. We do not sell houses of the peg but work out the particular optimal solution in close cooperation with the client who gets either a turnkey house, a construction kit or completion house respectively. Most modern house techniques complete the delivery package. Because of consequent cost optimisation and lean production the ntt prices are still lower than comparable competing products.

A further specialty of ntt building technologies is the international orientation. Presently especially in China exists an incredible building boom: Each year a gross floor area is newly built which is adequate to half of the total German living area (approx. 1,8 billion m2). The until recently mostly unknown prefabricated houses, too, recorded an enormous growth rate. Since the income per person is the highest in Shanghai the ntt center of activities is located there – managed by Dr. Roland Winkler one of the partners of ntt and owner of Sinogy China Consulting in Munich. Dr. Roland Winkler is furthermore the chairman of SINOBAU e.V. an organisation for support of energy efficient building in China located in Hamburg. Through partner offices in China Dr. Roland Winkler covers all sectors of the China consulting from market research up to business foundations.

Further partners of ntt building technologies are the commercial company with André Neuhaus from Huntlosen near Oldenburg the expert for prefabricated houses and building.

With Neuhaus ntt building technologies found a managing director and partner with 20 years of experience in the field of prefabricated houses. Especially for the Chinese market Neuhaus has developed a connecting system (patent is applied for) which is advantageous because even unskilled workers can build the houses fast and without quality loss. In January 2004 ntt building technologies was founded in Ahlen as ntt Systembau GmbH. Now the NTT is lokated in Oldenburg near Bremen.
